0 My Thoughts on RIAA/MPAA Activities and Copyright Law

People give the RIAA/MPAA power through financial means: purchases and so forth. This money is then used against the people in order to dictate law and etc... Therefore, unless people are willing to boycott movies at theaters and purchases of movies, they need to stop complaining.

Complaining without any action isn't going to accomplish anything. If you really want to hurt the RIAA/MPAA, get all your friends/relatives to boycott the movies being released in the theaters and from purchases through online/stores. If they continuously lost millions upon millions of actual dollars through alienating their viewers, they would be forced to change, or go out of business.

However, we all know that people aren't motivated enough, impassioned enough to stand up against injustice until it becomes intolerable, and by then, it will be too late. People lack the mentality to deprive themselves of something that they crave; they lack the resoluteness to engage and work as a group for a common good, lest it be something blown out of control.

Therefore, until people try to change the copyright laws on the books: Copyright laws being unconstitutional as it is as it violates the limited time clause in my book; copyright laws being unconstitutional as it is as it hinders progress of society for personal gains and halters growth; copyright laws being unconstitutional in the sense that they don't adhere to the original intent and purpose. Until the laws change, they will just escalate with new stipulations until it becomes a dictatorship law.

Moreover, unless people are willing to do more than talk, we are doomed to suffering the motivations of those that are willing to act upon their agendas. The RIAA/MPAA are acting upon theirs through money and trying to dictate law. What real actions is anyone doing to stop their beliefs from coming to fruition? Indeed.

People must not really have a concrete basis for their beliefs, if they aren't willing to do anything productive towards that end, besides complaining about it on online forums and hoping someone else does something to stop it.

Something to think about, Take care,

3 The Seven Truths that every Christian should Know

The Seven Truths that every Christian should Know

1. Faith requires testaments and trails and tribulations: we will endure hardships/diversities as a challenge to our beliefs/faith.

2. Violation of God's Word isn't justified by imperfection: regardless of what imperfections we suffer from, we must repent for our sins; God's Word and His Laws requires it: we should also have enough respect to care whether or not we are sinning.

3. A solid foundation in God's Word is important in preserving God's Word: transitioning from growing up as a Christian to the “real world” is filled with testaments, trails and tribulations, and that requires our foundation to be strong/sturdy: without it, The Word of God gets stolen from us; we need to preserve and persevere our positive attributes throughout time: a daunting task, indeed.

4. God can't be blamed for the free wills of others: people will always sin, people will always exercise their freedoms for destructive purposes, and people will always blame God for these unfortunate effects; however, it's not God's fault for the works of others; people seem to forget that they love their freedoms without God interfering until something tragic happens.

5. We aren't for the World, therefore, we aren't apart of the World: The World is always going to try and prosecute us, we are always going to endure hardships for the Glory of God, we won't ever be accepted during this life, and we should be happy to endure all of this for Jesus' sake: just as Jesus has endured all of it for us. By following the Word of God, we aren't going to have perfect lives always full of contentment; we are going to have to endure going against the World and it's sins: Doing good doesn't mean that your the effects will not be full of difficulties.

6. The two greatest commandments which all of God's law hangs from:
Matthew 22:37-40
King James Version (KJV)
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Christians often forget that Love is at the heart of God's Word/Law, and that we shouldn't allow hate to prosper/flourish within our souls/hearts; that by following these two commandments, we are fulfilling God's Law, and by going against it, we are violating his Word. Christians need to realize that we shouldn't nitpick people over the triviality of imperfection, but honor God's greater commandments always with all of our souls and minds. By doing this, we put forth good fruits that will flourish.

7. To represent God, not only through his Word, but also by becoming a living example of His Word/Testaments: Christians often forget that God's Word can't be forced/crammed down people's throats; that it's a personal decision that they have to make. Let's not push our beliefs unto people without ears to hear, or eyes to see: that's just futile. We can demonstrate the Truth of God's Word by becoming a living example and testament to it; this is far more effective, and far more Godly than trying to deprive others of freewill and choices: this is what we should strive for.

0 Being true to ourselves, quote

People in this world tries to appease everyone and be accepted, thereby losing what made them unique and intriguing in the first place; just like art, we are creations of ourselves: would you ever change a work of art that you loved, to accommodate what other people wants it to be: I would think not, for our art is made for ourselves, foremost.

0 Prayer for Guidance and Strength

Mold my heart into a diamond, that I should be strong
mold my soul into a sun, that I should be Godly
mold my mind into a dream, that I should know faith
mold all these into one, that I should be love and light
that I should be greater than the sum of one

Let my heart sparkle, like diamond and light
let the sun reign down upon me and take away the darkness, I fight
let my dreams be faithful and pure like the Word of God
and let me be that which I am, throughout it all

0 Valentine's Day Poem

One moment, one second, one hour, one day
One heart, one kiss, one touch, one word to say
This Valentine's Day

yet, this love of ours falls at the speed of cherry blossoms
this finite affinity of our hearts to display
candy-coated expressions filled with saccharine obsessions
concealed within the brevity and guise of selfishness and heartfelt lies

One lie, one tease, one look, one sexual kink to please
One laugh, one cry, one teardrop rolling down from the eye
This Valentine's Day

People are quite willing to share their burdens, but aren't so inclined to share their rewards; this is selfishness at it's pinnacle.

0 Our Limp Flag, poem

Our limp flag
the heavens has forsaken it
the four winds has denied it
and even though it tries to flutter, it falls
and even though it cries out, there are no echoes in the calls

It is but a forgotten symbol, it is but an anarchism
it is but, silent sentimentalism
it represents a time where freedoms were free
and liberties were true

What have they degraded to:
they have become regulated, legalistic, luxuries granted to the select few
they have become lugubrious loquacity without works to do
they have become acquiescent compromises and justifications
They have become an artifact that our near future will never know...

Will never know of how strongly the wind once blew...

1 Destructions and Creations, insightful quote

Sometimes when you destroy, you create; and sometimes when you create, you destroy.

0 Crossing Lines, insight quote

Line-crossers are to be feared, they have no limits imposed upon themselves; they are capable of any degree and amount of evilness; there is nothing that they won't cross, they just need a reason to do it.

0 I am who I am, spiritual quote

You can't just be walked on, over and over and over, again and again and again, without doing something to defend yourself and protect yourself; sometimes we have to stand up when no one is on our side, when the whole world stands before you and say: enough is enough, I am who I am.

0 Against the World, christian quote

People think that going against them is like going against God, but what they don't seem to fathom is: you are not evil for going against them, you are only evil for going against God's Word; they think that dissatisfying them in anyway is inherently evil, but that is not the case; you can tell them the truth, follow God's Word, do things which they don't like, and it won't make you evil for doing it: God's Word (Jesus' Word) is the only word you need to follow to determine if you are good or evil, no one else's.

0 Difficulty with Morality, spiritual quote

The difficulty with morality is that it interweaves throughout every aspect of your life; it forces you to choose between enduring hardships or going against your rules and character; it teaches you lessons that define who you are, and makes it difficult to uphold those principles through every challenge in life; yet, it is worth it and will always be worth it.

0 A Demoralized World, observative quote

Seeing society rapidly demoralize like a boiling pot of water is disturbing; it has become the norm to disregard morals in favor of freedoms and limitless, unfettered pleasure seeking philosophies; soon there will be no inhibitions and prohibitions, and the human soul will become amoral to good and evil: or it will interchange and good will become evil and evil will become good. What will this degrade to in the human heart?

0 Good People Verses Internet, observational quote

Doing something right for the wrong reasons is not better than doing something wrong for the right reasons.

0 Revise Copyright Law to Respect Constitutional Provision, White House Petition

The Congress shall have Power…To promote the Progress of Science
and useful Arts, by securing for limited Tımes…
United States Constitution, Article I, Section 8

promote the Progress, I assert that the current copyright law is counterproductive and stifles progress through ill-advised regulations

limited Times, I adhere that limited times has grown in duration and magnitude, that it can no longer be classified as limited times, and is actually violating the Constitutional Provision

Copyright can extend up to 150+ years; This is outrageous and ill-conceived. It should be constrained to 50 years or lifespan: whichever is greater

Therefore, I petition the government to make revisions which are retroactive and respective of the original intent of the Constitution and is limited in scope

0 How I Would Change Copyright Law

To Revise Copyright Law to Respect the Context and Intent of The Constitutional Provisions Surrounding it.

The Constitutional Provision Respecting Copyright
The Congress shall have Power…To promote the Progress of Science
and useful Arts, by securing for limited Tımes to Authors and Inventors
the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries.
United States Constitution, Article I, Section 8

  • promote the Progress, I assert that the current copyright law is counterproductive to the original intent and purpose of The Constitutional Provisions set fourth, and that it behaves the exact opposite in practice and intent: to stifle and limit the freedoms of ingenuity and creativity that it was set in place to promote and help flourish.
  • limited Times, I adhere that limited times has grown in duration and magnitude, so much so, that it can no longer be classified as limited times, and is actually violating the Constitutional Provisions set fourth. I declare that limited times, as it's context and definition implies to the intent of The Constitution, is directly proportional to the time it was created, and the live spans of the owners involved. I exclaim that it is a limited time of when it was first created and the life spans of the owners concerned that it applies to, and that limited is a correlation of those durations.
  • In conclusion, the copyright as it stands doesn't promote further progress of useful arts and, in actuality, actually prohibits progress. It is at odds with the people's freedoms and must be changed accordingly.

§302 · Duration of copyright:
Works created on or after January 1, 1978
(a) In General.—Copyright in a work created on or after January 1, 1978,
subsists from its creation and, except as provided by the following subsections,
endures for a term consisting of the life of the author and 70 years after the
author’s death.

  • If a copyright owner lives to be 80, which is not unreasonable, and then dies, as it stands, the copyrighted work would extend another 70 years: making it 150 years before society can produce anything of merit from it. This is outrageous and ill-conceived. This is hardly classified as limited, and is outside the context and intent of the Constitution. These restrictions of current copyright law doesn't promote progress nor are contained within a limited time frame. All it encourages is stagnation and rot of innovations and manifestations of thought: allowing perpetual gain and monetization beyond copyright's intended scope; all it succeeds at doing is limiting the freedoms of the People to promote the welfare of money and exploitations of intellectual constructs. It gives a perpetual ownership to intangible ideas that is at the very basis of our freedoms as a People. This can't be allowed to continue and grow exponentially until our every, very thought and action are denied and outlawed because of ownerships and stipulations of copyright law.
  • Therefore, I petition the government to make revisions which are retroactive and respective of the original intent of the Constitutional Provisions concerning copyright law. These new revisions should promote progress and respect the rights of owners to contribute to society; they should also be limited in scope and not interfere with related concepts or overlapping ideas. The new provisions set fourth should be limited in temporal duration as well as affecting scope in this interconnected world in which we now live in. I propose that copyright extends no less than 50 years and no more than the lifespan of the individual that created it; I further propose that derivatives be just as limited in scope and context: to allow for new, inspired innovations without fear of reprisal, with regard to it being unique in it's own right. Thank you for taking the time to read and consider this proposal.

0 Evil and Good, behavioral quote

A man that knowingly does evil is worst than a man that is ignorant of it; and a man that knows good yet chooses evil is worst then a man that has only known evil.

0 What Truth Is, introspective quote

Indeed: our souls/minds/hearts needs the ability to distinguish information from propaganda, but I don't think truths should be repetitious in that regard: to be spouted out over and over and over again: to instill and dilute another's worth; truths should be shown through differentiating examples and viewpoints; truths should not mirror their brainwashing/conditioning counterparts, and be different in context and degree each time it's presented: this is to give an accurate representation that others can use to formulate their own thoughts and opinions upon; this is the way truths should be shown: with light instead of darkness, with ofference instead of forced regurgitation; truths should adhere to their own guiding principles and morality, and be subjected to its rules and testaments, without digressing away from such values; this is what truth means to me.

0 Instincts and Nature, introspective quote

Instincts allows us to react when we don't know the answers, and to safeguard who we are without knowing the reasons why. Sometimes they are wrong, other times they are right, but their guiding principles are adhering to who we are, our nature.

0 Concessions and Evils, observational quote

Making concessions to prevent evil's backlashes creates a deeper rooted evil; it steals from us our choices, our freedoms, and more importantly, it steals away from us, who we are... Who we are shouldn't be traded away because of being non-confrontational or to avoid consequences that are difficult; it shouldn't be given away so cheaply.

0 Our Better Nature, inspiring quote

Some of the most precious lessons are the lessons that we choose not to hear, simply because, they are uttered and devised by our own making; they are the lessons that are the hardest for us to follow, they are the lessons that changes us the most, they are the lessons that adds and takes away; they are the mathematics and equations of the human mind, heart, and soul... Therefore, let us hear that which we do not, and implement that which we already know: for such is our better nature.

0 Comment to White House about Chris Dodd Petition, Actual Email.

Couldn't list exact Terms of Participation due to character restraint of form and had to summarize original letter.

1. Chris Dodd's admission of using financial coercion for a specific legislative gain is a problem that the American people care deeply about. There should be no bribery, extortion, blackmail, coercions, or any other illegal actions dictating our governing law.

2. This email is to focus discussion on this issue and address the response by the White House which was avoided over possible technicality that I believe does not exist or coincides with this Terms of Participation. At the very least, The White House could comment on the process which is currently being acted upon concerning this instance, or pass it on to the appropriate governing branch to address the concerns and could comment in a thorough manner.

3. The Chris Dodd petition doesn't fall outside the scope of the limited purpose and intent of the petitioning platform. It does not call for an endorsement or commercial purchase or action; it does not urge support or opposition of candidates for government election; it DOES address current and potential actions or policies of the federal government, namely, the investigation of Chris Dodd and government corruption. How else is the People suppose to ensure that our government officials and government law isn't being abused, or manipulated for illegal means?

4. This is deeply disheartening and encourages a lost of faith in our government and their commitment to the People of the United States of America. It is a slap in the face for anyone who respects the process of petitioning and laws to not address this issue. Not addressing this issue over a possible technicality, when a former congressmen/current MPAA/CEO is concern, who has ties to government law and an organization that does political lobbying, is suspicious.

5. Therefore, I petition the government in this email to properly addressed, through the respective branches, to handle the concerns of the people about government coercion, Chris Dodd, and manipulation of government law. This, indeed, should not be allowed to continue and opens dangerous precedent for future incidents concerning: bribery, extortion, blackmail, and coercion of the government and law.

0 White House Chris Dodd Petition Response, Comment

You agree to only create petitions consistent with the limited purpose of the We the People platform, which is to allow individuals to petition the Administration to take action on a range of issues — to address a problem, support or oppose a proposal, or otherwise change or continue federal government policy or actions. To focus discussion, the platform is limited to a discrete set of topics, which may be adjusted over time.
  • Chris Dodd's admission of using financial coercion for a specific legislative gain is a problem that the American people care deeply about. There should be no bribery, extortion, blackmail, coercions, or any other illegal actions dictating our governing law.
  • This is a proposal to change or continue federal policy or actions by petitioning the government to investigate a former congressmen turned MPAA/CEO that publicly addressed the government and the people on illegal grounds.
  • This email is to focus discussion on this issue and address the response by the White House which was avoided over possible technicality that I believe does not exist or coincides with this Terms of Participation. At the very least, The White House could comment on the process which is currently being acted upon concerning this instance, without reveling needed to know information for the purpose of investigating.
You agree not to create petitions that fall outside this limited purpose—for example, petitions that advertise or call for the endorsement or purchase of commercial goods or services, petitions that expressly urge the support or opposition of candidates for elected office, petitions that do not address the current or potential actions or policies of the federal government, or petitions that address a topic not included in We the People at the time the petition was created.
  • The Chris Dodd petition doesn't fall outside the scope of the limited purpose and intent of the petitioning platform.
  • This is deeply disheartening and encourages a lost of faith in our government and their commitment to the People of the United States of America. It is a slap in the face for anyone who respects the process of petitioning and laws to not address this issue. Not addressing this issue over a possible technicality, when a former congressmen/current MPAA/CEO is concern, who has ties to government law and an organization that does political lobbying, is suspicious.
You also agree not to post threats of unlawful violence or harm to any individual or group; obscene, vulgar, or lewd material; defamatory or fraudulent statements; terms commonly understood to constitute profanity or abusive or degrading slurs or epithets; information invading an individual’s privacy; and information that if published would violate criminal law or give rise to civil liability. These categories of material are inconsistent with the limited purpose of We the People and the larger purpose and function of the White House’s website.
  • I agreed and did not post threats or unlawful violence or harm to any individual or group, nor did I sign any petition which would be construed or constitute such a claim. I did not post any comments which were vulgar, nor lewd, nor defamatory, nor fraudulent: the words discussed are of Chris Dodd's own devising and were open to public scrutiny; this is neither defamatory or fraudulent; this neither constitutes profanity, nor is it abusive or slurs or epithets. This information is not infringing on an individual's privacy, as it was Chris Dodd/MPAA which opened the statements for public scrutiny; it would not violate criminal law or give rise to civil liability: in actuality, Chris Dodd/MPAA statements constitutes civil unrest.
  • In conclusion, I find it suspicious that the White House declined to respond, due to a possible technicality, instead of encouraging a forum for discussion on this important matter. If Congress can't comment or act on this matter, it should have been transferred to the appropriate branch of government like the petitioning platform suggests. Instead, the White House's response elicits concerns with our governments bodies and civil unrest, and their commitment to justice. This is especially true when concerning Chris Dodd, who is closely tied to government policy, closely tied to a lobbying organization which is pushing through legislative which infringes on our rights, and the rights and freedoms on the internet; this is suspicious when legislative gets pushed through the current process, so fast that: the people almost had no way to respond and protest such legislation without drastic means implemented by/and only could have been through the internet. This is deeply reflective of our governments commitment to justice, and the legitimacy of our governing officials.

0 Twitter Censorship Commentary

“Our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost.” Thomas Jefferson

Individuals are obviously missing the bigger picture who support this (Twitter's Censorship) change as a good thing. No matter how you word it, how you sugar coat it, how you look at it, it's still giving more to the governments to censor their citizens.

Let me paint this picture for you:

  • Twitter censorship in implementation.
  • X Government stifles freedoms of the press and censors their public.
  • Twitter shows tweets from X Government to the rest of the world.
  • X Government's citizens bypasses twitter easily through changing countries through twitter.
  • X Government isn't as blind and threatens twitter just the same as before.
  • Twitter complies and disables the ability for that country to change it's country.
  • People in other governments see's the censorship and it rallies support.
  • It progresses or mellows out, or progressively gets worst and people's support only becomes words because of escalations(avoidance to physical confrontations/altercations in other countries).
  • Either way, other governments start censoring freedom of speech. Now the pool of who gets to see the tweets are limited to a few countries. Those few countries censor their people, too.
  • Now every country is in censorship and Twitter might of long before changed their rules about letting the rest of the world see it; but it's mute by then (Twitter becomes a precedent for censorship).
  • People have gone to lost of freedoms and censorship and are grateful that their government does not abuse their powers more so than they already have.
  • Over time censorship progressively worsens until people need to stand up; by this time things are drastically worst and the only way to fight the tyranny would be with lost of lives.

How am I missing the big picture that history always paints to us? Do you think thing's won't progress in that direction? That acquiescing ones rights, for a short term benefit, will ever earn them freedom? Sigh, how sad that people think like this.

Would you still support twitter if they gave the information requested by their governments to death squads and oppressive regimes that would go far beyond internet censorship with the ip addresses and such? That is just ridiculously absurd.

Do you not think other governments won't fall in suite?

Let me paint you another picture:

  • Twitter doesn't comply with other government's oppressive laws.
  • The government blocks them.
  • Twitter users of that government still circumvent it (even if it's more work and troublesome).
  • There is no progression into ultimate censorship in the long run and no avenue for lost of freedoms.

Well, take care, that's just my voice.
Am I being censored yet? :P

0 Chris Dodd Petition Thoughts, quote

The problem with our government and society is that it allows bribery, coercion, blackmail, extortion, etc.. to thrive, calling it business as usual, expected, precedented, so fourth to legitimize the actions and to allow them to flourish; however, if the people can't even recognize clear and blatant bribery/coercion, and so fourth, how can we expect to be govern in a just fashion.
Saying that we won't support Obama's administration or government officials is absurdly different than saying that they (MPAA) are watching everyone's every move and if they don't gain the results they want, they will go nuclear with their bank accounts. This is openly bribing government officials through financial coercion for a specific gain. It is a threat because they aren't withdrawing their support outright, they are using it as leverage to coerce government officials into a specific behavior to dictate legislation. Sigh.
I really feel sorry for our future if people are so apathetic to their rights and freedoms and blatantly don't comprehend the blatant misuse of power for illegal means by those with power.
Oh wells, those are my thoughts.
Take care,

As stated in petition:
Recently on FOX News former Senator Chris Dodd said (as quoted on news site TechDirt), "Those who count on quote 'Hollywood' for support need to understand that this industry is watching very carefully who's going to stand up for them when their job is at stake. Don't ask me to write a check for you when you think your job is at risk and then don't pay any attention to me when my job is at stake," This is an open admission of bribery and a threat designed to provoke a specific policy goal. This is a brazen flouting of the "above the law" status people of Dodd's position and wealth enjoy.

We demand justice. Investigate this blatant bribery and indict every person, especially government officials and lawmakers, who is involved.
Investigate Chris Dodd and the MPAA for bribery after he publicly admited to bribing politicans to pass legislation
